Complete Heating Packages

We work with both domestic and commercial clients, architects and specifiers to provide a complete heating design and installation service. This generally starts with an initial meeting with the client and / or their architect, where we establish the scale and requirements of the development. We can then work from architects drawings to provide under-floor heating schematics, and radiator, boiler and services layouts.

We use our own teams to install under-floor heating, hot and cold supplies, cylinders and boilers. We can expand this service to include full bathroom / wet-room installation if required.

Our team-leaders are trained to project-manage larger contracts and can liaise with the site agent / manager or main contractor if the client prefers.

We can design any heating package to include a range of Renewables, Heat-Pumps, Solar Thermal systems and PV arrays being commonly specified.

RAINWATER RECOVERY

Rainwater Recovery units allow you to recycle rainwater for use on 'grey-water' requirements. These include outside taps, toilets, washing machines and dishwashers.

Rainwater harvesting is both environmental and cost effective, especially if you are on a water meter. In addition, if you live in an area where hose-pipe bans are sometimes enforced, you are able to continue to water gardens without reprise.

Installation involves installing a large storage tank, either above or below (preferred) ground. This is connected to the rain-water down pipes and stores water, before filtering it and pumping it back to the property for use.

Installation is possible on existing dwellings but is more popular on new-build projects. We can supply and install, and also provide an excavation service if needed.
