York installation / integration

Our clients, both Doctors, embarked on a total renovation / rebuild of an existing smaller property, which itself was almost completely demolished to make way for the larger dwelling.

The client's were keen to incorporate as much alternative energy as possible in the build, to both protect them from future energy bill increases and, with a young family, to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Due to their work commitments and the problems experienced by 'crossing-over' of different trades, they were looking for a specialist installer who could design the complete Renewables project and be responsible for its total installation / integration.

We are installing under-floor heating to all 3-floors of the property. We are multi-zoning the heating so that the client as room-by-room control of the system.

We are fitting an Air Source Heat Pump to provide heating and hot water.

A solar thermal system will boost the mains-pressure hot water cylinder, also installed by us.

The rain-water harvesting system will allow for rainwater to feed toilets, dishwasher and washing machine, saving water and reducing water-meter costs.
